Amanda SmithConsultancy Team Manager Amanda's role involves management and co-ordination of consultancy projects. A major focus of her role is the negotiation and finalisation of contracts with external clients and the corresponding sub-contracting of University of Melbourne personnel and other subcontractors. Amanda is also responsible for proposal development and financial administration. Amanda has extensive legal experience in several areas of law, predominantly in the area of insurance litigation. Shauna Beard BA RUD (Planning) (Hons) (Sask)Project Manager Shauna is focused on project support for research, commissioned research, consultancy and advisory services. Her role develops and executes complex project plans drawing together internal and external resources to ensure the successful project development, management and provision of products and services to all clients. Key aspects of her role include tender preparation, contract development and management, financial management including budgets, audits and reconciliation. Sue FitzpatrickProject Manager Sue’s role within the Consultancy Team supports the commercialization agenda of the University. Preparation and submission of small through to large, often complex tender proposals on behalf of the University’s academics is a major focus of her role. Other responsibilities include the contract and financial management of numerous local and overseas projects. Sue has extensive experience in a variety of small and large commercial organizations and her priority is to ensure that a timely and professional service is delivered to both external clients and the academics of the University. Kassandra TranProject Manager Kassandra is involved in managing all aspects of both small and complex projects from its inception through to its completion. Her key focus areas as a part of the Consulting Team at Melbourne Consulting and Custom Programs include tender search and preparation. Kassandra has a consultative and client focused approach to project management and has extensive experience in legal file and project administration having worked in law firms as well as a large government department.
