Dr Ruth Raitman BSc(Hons), PhDSystems and Operations Manager Ruth has had extensive experience in research and analysis and in delivering educational training and guidance in both the student facilitated and the online community environment. She has engaged in client and stakeholder relationship management, project design and development and strategic planning. As Systems and Operations Manager, Ruth works collaboratively with all staff members to establish and maintain smooth business practices. As well as providing support to the Executive Dean and Business Development Managers, she also liaises directly with the Programs, Student Services and Consultancy teams and acts as the point of contact in relation to their systems and procedures as they affect their commercialisation and internal activities. Roop Kanwal B.Sc, Masters of Computer ApplicationsOperations Coordinator As an Operations Coordinator, Roop provides administrative assistance to the Executive Dean and to the Melbourne Consulting and Custom Programs team. Her reponsibilities include maintainence of the MCCP website, attending to inquiries, debtor management, maintenance of financial reports, MCCP documents and manuals. After graduating with Bachelors of Science(Comp. Sc), she completed her Masters of Computer Applications(MCA) with distinction. Prior to her relocation to Australia, Roop has an experience of working as a lecturer of Computer Science for 3 years in India. Her previous experience in the education sector helped her develop excellant communication, organisational and administrative skills which she now applies to her current role.
