Lesley King, BBusPrograms Team Leader Lesley is the Programs Team Leader for the Melbourne Consulting and Custom Programs Professional Education Services Team. She is responsible for the day-to-day team management and coordination matters. In addition to her role as team leader, Lesley continues to manage a number of award and non award programs. Her role involves liaising with clients, students, academics, staff and industry specialists in the development and implementation of programs to provide responsive and efficient services designed in direct response to customer requirements. Lesley brings experience from her previous roles in administration including the sector of corporate training, coaching and performance management to ensure the learning experience is of the highest standard for participants whilst representing the programs team at Melbourne Consulting and Custom Programs. Danielle BoardmanProject Manager Danielle brings over 10 years experience in corporate customer service and administration, working nationally and internationally. Danielle has worked for Knight Ridder Digital, Fehr and Peers Associates (a leading transportation consultancy firm), California State Automobile Association, Kodak Polychrome Graphics, Hewlett Packard, MBF, NIB Health Funds, and Telstra. During the last four years Danielle has lived and worked in California. She managed an online project for the second largest newspaper group in the United States. Covering 28 states, she monitored operational statics, staff performance, identified trends, escalated and reported issues, and developed content for the website. Whilst with Kodak Polychrome Graphics, Danielle served as an Asian Pacific Representative in Rochester, New York during a system implementation. She tested and reviewed data, identified and reported on technical issues, provided training and support, documented manuals, and built and maintained positive relationships in the U.S., U.K., and Singapore. Danielle returned to Melbourne, Australia in September 2005 and joined the University of Melbourne in November 2005. Lee Goodson BBus (Monash), Dip. in Electronic & Computer EngineeringProject Manager Lee graduated with a Bachelor of Business majoring in marketing and management in 2000, after gaining 6 years of technical experience on electronic systems and leading a team of technicians. She also volunteered her time and skills in an international community service project as a steering committee member for 3 years as well as performing as a Assistant Deployment Manager when on site. Prior to her relocation to Melbourne in 2005, she worked for a global garment manufacturer based in Singapore as a Marketing Manager servicing major international clients such as GAP Inc, Nike and Costco. Some of the suppliers that she worked with were amongst the largest fabric mills and accessories factories in China. Such exposure provided her a good understanding of the dynamics influencing international trade. She brings with her a broad range of skills and extensive experience. As a Project Manager, she manages and ensures quality course / program deliveries through meticulous liaison with stakeholders (including clients and academic staff), participants and suppliers. Rebecca PhelpsProject Manager Rebecca is a Project Manager. She joined the Programs Team in May 2007. Her role focuses on the co-ordination and management of award, non- award and short courses. Rebecca?s role incorporates client, academic staff and student liaison, logistical support, program development and production of high quality course materials for both formal and non-formal courses. Rebecca's background includes experience in Case Management & staff training in the Human Services sector, various administration roles & marketing and promotion of a book she co-authored on Child Development, that has been published in Singapore and Australia. Mary GeorgesProject Manager Mary is a Project Manager specialising in courses for Advance Medicine managing both award and non-award courses. Mary comes to the University having had over 9 years in finance- more specifically the Share Industry. Mary worked as a Project Manager listing companies on the Australian Stock Exchange and project managing the largest and most complex project in Australian history - Cemex taking over Rinker. Irna Grace Kostic BSc(Hons)Project Manager Irna Grace joined MCCP after successfully solely managing the Young Achievement Australia?s Biotechnology Entrepreneur Program for postgraduate students in Victoria, and as National Advisor for the program?s nation-wide roll-out. Her project management experience extends to sponsorship acquisition, relationship management and business development, recruitment, marketing and program evaluation. Kathy GriffithsProject Manager Kathy is a Project Manager who joined the team in September 2008. Kathy?s background includes 9 years of administration and project management experience in both a University and a Medical College. Vicki VlahosProject Manager Vicki joined the Projects team in May 2009. She is responsible for non-award and award programs including Discovering Horticulture and Garden Design for the Burnley Campus. Previously, Vicki has worked within the securities and share registry industry, with UBS Warburg and Computershare Investor Services. She has years of experience managing numerous projects of varying degrees of complexity, such as the distribution of million-dollar dividend payments to shareholders for companies including AXA and PaperlinX. Renee KilleenProject Manager Renee joined Melbourne Consulting & Customs Programs in June 2009 as a Project Manager, specialising in the development and management of both award and non award courses. Her role comprises of liaising with academics, industry professionals and students to ensure that all aspects of the courses are run effectively in response to the customer?s direct requirements. Renee brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in event management from her previous roles; as an Event Sales Coordinator and Assistant Corporate Manager ? Sharnee ChislettProject Officer Sharnee comes to Melbourne Consulting & Custom Programs with a mixed bag of experience from across the retail, hospitality, recruitment and customer service sectors. Having recently returned from a 2 year stint living and working in the UK, Sharnee offers project management support to both the programs and consulting teams. Her previous role was in a fast paced teaching recruitment agency. Based in London, the agency specialised in New Zealand and Australian trained teachers and Sharnee was responsible for all vetting and clearing of candidates for work.
