Management and Leadership
Studies in Management and Leadership provide participants with a range of up to date management education in core areas for all managers. It introduces core theories and operating functions required in business management, and provides participants with the frameworks that can be applied in their day to day business
Delivered in intensive blocks by executive educators from the Graduate School of Management, the course is designed to be completed in a one year period, but can be undertaken over an extended period if this better suits professional and personal needs. It provides a range of management education in economics, financial and performance management, marketing and strategy.
