Project Management Experience
The School project management team has extensive experience in the development and delivery of award and non award programs with and for commercial clients that differ from the traditional offerings of the University of Melbourne.
The School develops and delivers programs that:
- Can be multi disciplinary and draw input and resources from multiple departments and faculties
- Can be co-branded with a corporate client
- Can be accessible to a single corporate entity only (non public)
- Incorporate content that is kept from the public domain (commercial in confidence and confidential data)
- Can be delivered in the workplace, onshore and offshore
- Can be accessible to clients through approved recognition of professional experience pathways
MCCP has a broad range of experience and skills to support the intellectual resources employed by the University of Melbourne and its associates, in the delivery of accredited executive, professional and technical training and professional development programs.
This expertise includes training needs analyses, accreditation processes and policies, business development, client partnering, contract negotiation and management, specialist tertiary administration, project management and commercialisation.
